Handmade Products
The term "craft" refers to goods designed and developed in a non-industrial context by a person who controls the entire production and marketing chain.
Even if we don't own the "whole" production chain, since we don't make the raw materials - fabrics and haberdashery -, the entire downstream production chain is carried out in the Atelier.
From the reception of the fabric to the delivery of the orders, everything happens here.
"Handmade" covers both assembly and transformation. Like "handicraft", the term calls for processes implemented outside of industrialization.
The articles of the Atelier Serraspina are thus "handmade" insofar as we take care of the cutting of the pieces of fabric, of their assembly, and their transformation.
The fact that the articles are "handmade," in other words, that they are part of a resolutely artisanal approach, does not mean that they are "sewn" by hand.
Even if part of the assembly and transformation is literally done by hand, most of the work is made with sewing marchine and, sometimes, a serger.
Orders
Each category of clothing has its own size chart. You will find it under
the description tab of each item. Please refer to it before ordering.

If you join us, you will enjoy these deals and receive a 15% discount

You can customize your garment as you wish, for example, by suggesting a
color that is not in the catalog. Do not hesitate to ask me about it.
Some customization, which would require additional work, may entail an
extra cost.
I make your clothes on demand, in my workshop. Your orders are processed
as quickly as possible, generally within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the models and the workflow. You'll find the production time under all our products descriptions.
When your order ships we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. You can use this to follow the
progress of your shipment.
All requests to change or cancel an order should be made via email to atelier-serraspina@atelier-serraspina.com whitin 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Shipping
Simply add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart, go to the cart page and enter your location; the shipping options and their costs will be displayed.
We do not include sales tax, duty or processing fees in our international shipping charges.
Depending on your local tax laws and the shipped value of your order, you may be required to pay sales tax/VAT/GST, duties and/or customs processing fees separately prior to delivery. An excellent resource to calculating your likely customs fees is DutyCalculator.

ATELIER SERRASPINA uses the Spanish PREMIUM Post service.
Registered Spanish PREMIUM Post service delivers the package within 1 week
following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched inside the European territory.
Shipments outside the EU might last a bit longer, due to the delays at customs. Those being beyond our control, we cannot
guarantee shipping delays.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your garment, you have up to 14
working days after the day of delivery of your order to return the
product and receive a refund, provided that the garment is in the same condition as it was when you received it.
Kindly note that the
customized items can't be returned.
Once your return arrives at Atelier Serraspina, it will take 5 business
days for us to process your return and refund to your original method of payment. PayPal is very quick to handle these refunds (usually within seconds).
Depending on your credit/debit card company/bank a card refund
takes 2-10 business days.
Please mark the parcel as "Returned Goods" on your customs form. If we are exchanging the product(s) for another product(s) then we will
also mark the customs form as "Returned Goods" so that it slips through customs without incurring charges.
Please contact us via email, with a description of the problem and your order number. Attaching a photo of the problem to your email will make diagnosing the problem much easier and help us to resolve the issue promptly.
We strive to make our clothing beautiful, comfortable, and to
give their owners many happy years of service. We do not have a formal guarantee period but stand behind the quality of the products we manufacture.
Please note that cosmetic imperfections in items do not qualify as defective.
Gifts Cards
Yes! You can buy Atelier Serraspina Gift Cards here.
Simply place all the items you want in your shopping cart, and go to
checkout. In the Payment Method section just enter your Gift Card code in the box and it will be applied to the total.
If the Gift Card value exceeds the order value then the remainder of the balance will remain on
the card and can be redeemed against another, future purchase.
