Your order will be made at our workshop and shipped out within 3-4 weeks after purchase unless noted differently in the order confirmation letter. The shipping price is calculated at the checkout.
We ship all of our products world-wide. The price of shipping depends on the area chosen and the size and weight of the package. ATELIER SERRASPINA uses the Spanish Regular Post service.
Registered Spanish Regular Post service delivers the package within 1 or 2 weeks following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched inside the European territory. Shipments outside the EU might last a bit longer due to the delays at customs. Those being beyond our control, we cannot guarantee shipping delays. Moreover, please kindly note that we are not responsible for any customs fees and/or import duties you might incur. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
Registered Spanish Regular Post price range differs from 10 EUR to 70 EUR / order, depending on the size and weight of the package and destination chosen.
Shipping fees are not included into the price and will be added to your order during the check-out process before the purchase. Please note that shipping is free on all orders over 200 EUR.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your garment, you have up to 30 working days after the day of delivery of your order to return the product and receive a refund, provided that the garment is in the same condition as it was when you received it.
This means that the garment should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try it on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Please kindly note that returns with signs of use will be rejected. In any case, you will have to pay the cost of returning the garment to us.
When the garment is returned, we will fully check it and inform you about your right to a refund. In case of a refund, you'll be informed via e-mail within a reasonable time (and in any case, no later than within 14 days of receiving your returned product and the completed Return form). How to return?
1. Contact us by email at email@example.com, informing the reason of you return.
2. Pack the garment that you want to return in a suitable package bag/box. Don't forget to add a paper Return form, if you didn't fill the online one.

We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for lost packages.
