Undergarments and Made-to-Order Items:
Returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons for undergarments and made-to-order garments tailored to your measurements. Please take accurate measurements and contact us for sizing assistance.
Standard Sizes Dresses, Bodices, Jackets, and Corsets:
Exchange unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Standard Sizes Skirts and Shawls:
Refunds are only accepted for unworn and unused skirts and shawls within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please ensure accurate measurements and review your order carefully. Follow our returning process for eligible returns.
Cancellation within 14 days for standard sizes will receive a full refund. For custom-made clothing, cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. Graduated refunds apply for cancellations within specified timeframes. Contact us for further assistance.
