If you are not entirely satisfied with your garment, you have up to 14 working days after the day of delivery of your order to return the product and receive a refund, provided that the garment is in the same condition as it was when you received it. This means that the garment should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try it on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Please kindly note that returns with signs of use will be rejected. In any case, you will have to pay the cost of returning the garment to us.
When the garment is returned, we will fully check it and inform you about your right to a refund. In case of a refund, you’ll be informed via e-mail within a reasonable time (and in any case, no later than within 14 days of receiving your returned product and the completed Return form). How to return
1. Fill in our product Return Form on this page.
2. Pack the garment that you want to return in a suitable package bag/box. Don’t forget to add a paper Return form, if you didn’t fill the online one.
3. Send the package to the following address:

We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for lost packages.
Please be sure to fill all the requested information. The information needed is available on the order confirmation email we sent to you. If not filled in, we’ll be unable to locate your order and process your refund.
