  • Undergarments and Made-to-Order Items: Returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons for undergarments and made-to-order garments tailored to your measurements. Please take accurate measurements and contact us for sizing assistance.
  • Standard Sizes Dresses, Bodices, Jackets, and Corsets: Exchange unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Standard Sizes Skirts and Shawls: Refunds are only accepted for unworn and unused skirts and shawls within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
