- Undergarments and Made-to-Order Items: Returns are not accepted for hygienic reasons for undergarments and made-to-order garments tailored to your measurements. Please take accurate measurements and contact us for sizing assistance.
- Standard Sizes Dresses, Bodices, Jackets, and Corsets: Exchange unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Standard Sizes Skirts and Shawls: Refunds are only accepted for unworn and unused skirts and shawls within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Réponse rapide aux questions et conseils! envoi rapide! (attention pour la Suisse, 57CHF de frais de douane en plus de l'envoi... Mais c'est normal).
Bien suivre les instructions de nouer en premier la partie avant basse de la robe ! Et attention le faite très haut pour qu'il n'y ait pas de décalage de hauteur entre l'avant et l'arrière de la longueur de la robe et que les fentes ne se voient pas. Pour ma stature : 1m60, 48kg et quasi pas de poitrine... La robe S est un peu courte et le corset intégré à nouer et un peu trop lâche à la poitrine (mais je peux rembourrer) mais aussi un peu trop large à la taille... Donc un peu moins... sensuelle...
Les manche sont assez serrées mais s'assouplissent. Je trouve personnellement la taille de la robe un peu trop haute: nouer sous la poitrine sur les côtes. Coussin très bien;)

This dress is absolutely breathtaking! It fits perfectly, and it is even more beautiful than the pictures online. The material is the highest quality, and the stitching is so well done that this dress will likely last me for years to come. This is important because I will wear it often for museum functions and as a tour guide for our historic houses. I believe this dress will serve me well for years to come.
Further, the owner, Caroline, could not have been more helpful. I was nervous about ordering something sight unseen; especially from so far away. But she maintained regular contact with me which made this entire process so easy. I am already in speaking with her about purchasing a shawl or cloak from her in the fall.

I'm in this dress nightly so I often need alterations to perfect it, but this might be my favorite dress doing tours in costume for 20 years. The back ties I admit weren't my favorite thing and preferred materiel to the thin leatherette but I can't say enough about how much I adore the dress! I had the skirt ties modified as the ribbon was thin, I worried about wear, as I'm in this 6 nights a week outside. More than average I'd think. The lines are flattering and so well made. The bustle is a favorite too! It arrived in time for a magazine photo shoot and felt transported as soon as I put it on. Absolutely beautiful piece and craftsmanship
The dress fits like a glove and is a joy to wear. Atelier Serraspina was helpful and certainly delivered on promises.
I was concerned that the linnen might crease too easily, but it turns out that it suits the look of an authentic dress. The fabric is heavy and falls well.
The chemise is slightly overprized compared to the dress, but the ensemble is convincing and comfortable.
